str market mapVacation rental property owners struggle to identify and compare qualified professional managers across thousands of US markets, with general review sites mixing individual hosts and management companies and offering little structured comparison.
Comparent is an online directory and marketplace for vacation rental management companies, helping property owners find and compare professional managers across thousands of US markets. The platform publishes data-driven rankings, verified reviews, and side-by-side comparisons that help owners evaluate managers before making contact.
The platform publishes seasonal Market Leader Awards recognising the top one percent of vacation rental management companies in each market, based on review scores, response rates, and quality metrics. In October 2025, Comparent launched The Comparent 100, the first annual ranking of the largest vacation rental management companies in the United States. The directory includes thousands of management company profiles with performance data, OTA presence, portfolio size, and contact information. Property owners can search by destination, compare companies side by side, and access award and review data to inform their selection.
Two audiences in the US vacation rental market: property owners who want to identify a qualified manager for their rental, and management companies using the directory as a B2B marketing and lead generation channel.
