str market mapVacation rental and hotel operators managing keyless access across many doors need guests and staff to enter reliably even when there is no internet, power or mobile data at the property, and they need access tied automatically to reservation times.
Akiles makes cloud-connected smart locks and access-control hardware for vacation rentals, hotels and multifamily buildings. It enables fully keyless access via smartphone Bluetooth/NFC, PIN codes and RFID cards, managed from a cloud dashboard.
Locks operate reliably even without internet, mains power or mobile data, while access logs and door state are tracked in real time through the cloud for full auditability. Time-bounded codes can be issued and revoked remotely for specific guest or staff windows. Akiles connects to PMS platforms via a documented REST API plus iOS/Android SDKs and webhooks, automating digital-key delivery tied to check-in and check-out without manual steps. Hardware adapts to the European standard cylinder and fits entrances, community doors, gates, elevators and turnstiles, with integrations including Guesty, Hostify and Enso Connect.
Vacation rental operators and hotel groups, primarily in European markets, that need hardware-level keyless access with cloud management and automated PMS-driven key delivery.
