Alertify is a privacy-safe noise, smoking, and environment monitoring device for vacation rentals, hotels, multifamily, and affordable housing. The sensor tracks decibels, air quality, temperature, and humidity without recording any audio or video.
Configurable noise thresholds with quiet-hour rules, cigarette and drug-smoke detection through air-quality sensors, occupancy estimation, mould-risk indicators, and tamper detection trigger alerts via SMS, email, or webhook. Incident evidence with timestamped sensor logs is captured automatically and supports damage claims through platforms such as Airbnb AirCover. Smart-thermostat hooks enable energy-saving automations. A REST API and webhooks push alerts into PMS platforms and operations dashboards, and tickets can be created from alerts for maintenance workflows.
