BagsAway is a luggage storage marketplace operating across 30-plus cities in the US, Canada, and internationally, connecting travellers with vetted local drop-off points including hotels, cafes, and neighbourhood shops.
Guests book storage online in under 60 seconds and drop off bags at a personally vetted location. Every order is covered by up to $2,500 in protection. The service accepts all bag sizes, from backpacks to oversized luggage, ski equipment, and strollers. Pricing starts from $1 per hour for small bags and $1.50 per hour for large bags, with daily rates from $5.95. Cancellations are accepted up to one hour before drop-off for a full refund. Support is available around the clock via chat and email.
Property managers and hosts who want to recommend a luggage storage solution to guests with early arrivals or late departures, reducing checkout friction without storing bags on-site. BagsAway is a guest-facing ancillary service, not a property management tool.
