str market mapSTR operators and boutique hotels lose margin to OTA commissions but rarely have the in-house marketing capacity to build and run effective direct-booking channels themselves.
Beyond Booking is a digital marketing agency providing growth services for short-term rental operators, boutique hotels, and vacation rental management companies, focused on reducing OTA dependency through technology, content, and paid channels.
Core services include custom direct-booking website development powered by the Guesty booking engine, ongoing website maintenance, social media management focused on direct reservations, Google and Meta paid advertising, AI-driven guest acquisition automation, and brand strategy. Campaigns are tailored to each property management company's guest profile and destination rather than delivered as templates. The agency operates globally and integrates with Guesty as its primary PMS connectivity layer, so Guesty clients can plug their property data into a Beyond Booking-built website with minimal setup.
