EZcare

What problem does EZcare solve?

Property care teams manage cleans, maintenance, and inventory across distributed portfolios using spreadsheets and fragmented messaging, with no visibility into per-job profitability or par-level stock.

What does EZcare do?

EZcare is a cloud-based housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and inspections platform for vacation rental managers and corporate housing operators, developed by Harmonisoft. Replaces manual scheduling and spreadsheets with mobile-first workflows.

How does EZcare work?

Core capabilities include drag-and-drop cleaning schedule management with automated task assignment, auto-generated turn tasks triggered by PMS checkout events, digital checklists with photo and video evidence, QC review and rework workflows, a cleaner mobile app for real-time field updates, and a service provider calendar. Maintenance features cover vendor and parts management, work order creation, photo evidence capture, completion verification, and automatic upload of labour and parts costs directly to owner statements via PMS integration. EZcare's inventory scanning module tracks linens, consumables, and maintenance parts from procurement through unit build, with usage and cost-per-turn analytics, reorder points, and par-level management. Bidirectional PMS integrations support customised workflows.

Who is EZcare for?
