str market mapVacation rental managers spend significant time on manual supply runs, bulk ordering, and packing kits before each turnover, a repetitive burden that scales poorly as a portfolio grows.
sojo is a US amenities automation platform, founded in 2021, that replaces ad-hoc supply management with a calendar-driven system that ships curated, property-branded amenity kits to vacation rental managers ahead of each turnover. The company reports serving more than 600 operators managing over 75,000 properties.
sojo connects to a property manager's reservation calendar through direct integrations with PMS platforms including Guesty, Hostaway, Hostfully, Escapia, Streamline, and Breezeway, plus connector-layer integrations with OwnerRez, Cloudbeds, Mews, and WebRezPro. The platform reads each upcoming turnover, selects the right amenity program such as standard stay, pet-friendly, VIP, or extended-stay, and ships a pre-kitted package drawn from a catalog of more than 300 SKUs. Custom packaging and QR-coded brand inserts are available, and orders are priced per shipment based on the products selected rather than a flat subscription.
Professional vacation rental managers and property management companies operating in the continental United States, from boutique operators with a handful of homes to multi-market companies with hundreds of units, that want supply logistics removed from daily operations.
