HostGPO is a Los Angeles-based group purchasing organization (GPO) for short-term rental hosts and managers, founded in 2019. It pools the collective buying power of its member properties to negotiate wholesale pricing from hospitality suppliers built specifically for the STR industry.
Members pay an annual subscription (around $120/year Standard, $480/year Pro, custom Enterprise) to access a catalog of vendor deals covering mattresses, linens, furniture, appliances, electronics, bathroom amenities, and kitchen supplies from hospitality-grade suppliers not typically open to retail buyers. The Pro tier adds bulk discounts, unlimited team members, and a dedicated account representative; Enterprise allows full customization. HostGPO also runs a design program for STR staging and furnishing, plus educational guides and a knowledge base, and offers a first-year money-back guarantee tied to membership value.
