str market mapFrench STR and concierge professionals have lacked accredited, government-funded training pathways, limiting career entry and professional development in this rapidly growing sector.
Hosting Academy is France's first Qualiopi-certified online school focused on short-term rental, concierge, and hospitality property management professions. Qualiopi certification allows eligible learners to fund training through the CPF (personal training account) and other government-backed schemes. Hosting Academy is also an official Airbnb training partner.
The school offers programmes across three learner profiles: apprenticeship pathways for students and school-leavers entering STR management and concierge roles as a first career; continuing professional development courses for practising property managers, concierge operators, and hosts; and career-change programmes for individuals transitioning into the STR sector. Curriculum topics include STR platform management, guest experience, pricing fundamentals, legal compliance for furnished rentals, cleaning and maintenance standards, and the business of running an STR concierge operation. Online delivery makes courses accessible to learners across France. The Qualiopi accreditation differentiates the school from informal online courses and enables access to public training funding through CPF and other French government schemes.
Young people seeking a vocational route into STR jobs, active French STR and concierge professionals seeking structured training, and entrepreneurs planning to launch STR or concierge businesses.
