str market mapHotels managing distribution across dozens of OTAs face manual rate updates, inventory mismatches, and missed direct booking opportunities when channel management, booking engine, and analytics run through disconnected systems.
SiteMinder is an Australian hotel commerce platform built around channel management and distribution, founded in 2006 in Sydney, listed on the ASX, and serving more than 41,000 hotels across 150 countries.
The primary function is a channel manager connecting hotels to 450-plus OTAs and distribution partners, including Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, and GDS networks, with two-way real-time inventory and rate synchronization. A native direct booking engine captures commission-free reservations on hotel websites, and a website builder lets hotels create their own booking-enabled site. Business intelligence tools provide booking pace, competitor rate benchmarking, and revenue dashboards, a dynamic-pricing add-on suggests rates, and a 550-plus app marketplace and open API connect PMS, RMS, and CRS partners, with AI-driven distribution guidance layered across the platform.
Independent hotels, boutique properties, and hotel groups of any size seeking consolidated OTA distribution, direct booking capability, and revenue intelligence in one platform, with a Groups and Chains tier for enterprise portfolios.
