str market mapGerman-speaking travellers prefer dedicated domestic OTAs for self-catered holiday rentals, but smaller owners and regional agencies struggle to get visibility beyond the dominant international platforms.
Travanto is a German-language online travel agency (OTA) specialising in self-catered vacation rentals across Germany and wider Europe. The platform aggregates holiday apartments, cottages, chalets, and farmhouses, operating on a pure commission model with no fixed listing costs for property owners.
Owners and professional managers list directly on Travanto and, through its Reichweite+ channel manager product, push availability, pricing, descriptions, and images to 20+ partner portals simultaneously. The platform provides an owner dashboard, calendar synchronisation, and an open API plus pre-built interfaces to external property management systems for automated inventory updates and booking ingestion. Dynamic pricing and last-minute availability tools help owners reduce vacancy in shoulder and low seasons. Exclusive supply agreements with partners such as Feriepartner Denmark add managed homes to inventory.
Supply partners ranging from individual holiday home owners to large regional rental agencies in Germany, Austria, and the wider DACH region looking for incremental distribution without subscription fees.
