Two core tools drive the platform. MarketMinder provides dashboards for ADR, occupancy, RevPAR, annual revenue, demand, booking lead times and seasonality at city, neighborhood and submarket levels, with competitive comp-set tracking and pricing recommendations. Rentalizer accepts any address worldwide and produces property-level revenue projections from nearby historical actuals for investment underwriting, and now surfaces for-sale properties with projected revenue. Coverage spans markets and submarkets globally with multi-year history and forward demand data, all exportable to CSV, plus a REST API for enterprise access.
Property managers, real estate investment firms, hotel groups, STR technology vendors and government bodies that need market benchmarking or investment underwriting data across global markets.
AirDNA appointed Rohit Bezewada as chief executive, effective immediately, with Demi Horvat transitioning out over the following month. Bezewada had joined the leadership team in early 2024.
