str market mapShort-term rental property managers running direct booking websites cannot easily show visiting guests that their direct price is lower than what Airbnb, Vrbo, or Booking.com charges, so guests leave to book on OTAs out of habit, costing operators the commission savings they would otherwise keep.
Direct Booking Tools is a US-based (Hilton Head Island, SC) conversion and analytics platform built by Booking Insights, LLC for short-term rental property managers focused on growing direct-booking revenue. The product suite embeds on the operator's existing direct booking website.
The platform's primary tool is a real-time price comparison widget that displays the direct booking price alongside current OTA prices (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com) on the property website, demonstrating savings at the point of decision. Supporting tools include a Cart Saver that resurfaces direct booking savings to visitors about to abandon checkout, a Booking Demand Predictor that surfaces forward-looking demand data to time marketing spend, and an OTA Price Monitor that alerts managers when a channel's total price drops below the direct booking price. Partners and integrations include Hostaway and VRMA-affiliated PMS platforms. The platform has been adopted by 200+ property management companies.
Short-term rental property management companies already running a direct booking website that want to increase conversion and reduce OTA dependency, best suited to operators managing 15+ properties in the US.
