str market mapEarly-stage technology vendors building for short-term rentals and boutique hotels face a steep learning curve: the buyer is a property manager, the procurement cycle is informal, and the channel mix (PMS partners, OTA integrations, enterprise pilots) does not look like generic B2B SaaS go-to-market.
E11 Ventures is a boutique consulting practice run by Michael Goldin focused exclusively on zero-to-one go-to-market for technology vendors entering short-term rentals and boutique hotels. Engagements cover positioning, pricing, partnership strategy, and the initial sales motion needed to move from a first product to a real hospitality business.
The work is senior-led and hands-on rather than a generalist consulting team output. Goldin draws on a track record of five companies launched and direct relationships with major OTAs, PMSs, and enterprise hospitality accounts to compress the partnership-development cycle for clients. Engagements are bespoke rather than productised.
Pre-revenue and early-revenue technology founders selling into vacation rental and boutique hotel operators who want senior advisory specific to the STR distribution and PMS landscape rather than a generalist B2B SaaS consultancy.
