Homeresa

What problem does Homeresa solve?

French vacation rental agencies and concierges operate under specific legal and mandant accounting requirements that generic PMS platforms handle poorly, while needing to coordinate properties, owners, distribution, and field teams in one tool.

What does Homeresa do?

Homeresa is a French web-based property management platform designed specifically for professional vacation rental agencies and concierge management companies. Built by REZAM. Consolidates property management, owner accounting, team scheduling, booking administration, and multi-channel distribution into a single integrated system.

How does Homeresa work?

Core features include management of rental properties and owner contracts with mandant accounting (trust accounting for owner funds), a booking and availability calendar, dynamic pricing tools, housekeeping task management, and a dossier system for tracking tenant and owner interactions. The channel manager connects to 100+ distribution platforms including Airbnb, Abritel (HomeAway France), Booking.com, and regional portals, with iCal sync as a fallback. Listing management and commission tracking are built into the distribution workflows. Customer reviews highlight fast support and strong configurability for complex agency workflows.
