Hosthub is a Greek-founded PMS and channel manager for vacation rentals, originally launched as Syncbnb. Built around a zero double-booking guarantee backed by machine learning that synchronises availability in near real time across more than 200 connected channels.
Core features include two-way ARI sync to OTAs with push queue monitoring and automatic retries on failed updates, channel-specific rate adjustments, rate parity and undercut monitoring, a unified inbox for centralised guest messaging, booking confirmations, and a multi-calendar with booking lifecycle and rate and availability rules. Channel performance analytics and health alerts notify managers when connections have issues. Auto-generated turnover tasks trigger from check-out events, and arrival reminders can be automated. A bulk mapping toolset simplifies onboarding large portfolios. Hosthub supports iCal sync alongside native API connections. Team management offers permission levels for homeowners, accountants, and cleaning staff. A phone-based fallback service enables calendar updates without internet. An AI co-host responds to guest messages automatically. 14-day free trial.
