Reva is a US-based guest review management platform for vacation rental managers and hoteliers. It centralises all incoming reviews into a single inbox, aggregating feedback from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google, TripAdvisor, and other major channels.
The core product includes multi-channel review aggregation, AI-assisted response drafting, automated response workflows with templating and assignment rules, and reputation analytics. Sentiment analysis and AI data models classify review themes, surface recurring issues, and flag problem patterns at the unit, property, or portfolio level. Reporting tools include rating benchmarks, performance trends segmented by time period and geography, and scheduled summary emails. Reva positions itself as a dedicated review operations layer that complements existing PMS and channel manager software.
