str market mapShort-term rental hosts and small property managers lose hours to fragmented tools, channel-specific host accounts, and inconsistent payouts across Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, and dozens of smaller sites, all while paying separate invoices to each platform.
Your.Rentals is a Danish vacation rental management platform founded in 2016 that operates as an all-in-one channel manager, payments hub, and operations suite for independent hosts and property managers, managing around 21,500 listings.
The channel manager connects to 50+ OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, TripAdvisor, HomeToGo, Holidu, and Homes & Villas by Marriott by linking host accounts directly, so users never log into each channel separately while availability, rates, and content sync automatically. Supporting capabilities include a unified inbox for guest messages, a task manager for cleaning and maintenance teams, an owner portal, online check-in and guest registration for Spain, Italy, and Greece (DAC7 compliance), dynamic pricing powered by PriceLabs and AirDNA, a direct booking website, and built-in damage protection (Your.Cover, up to EUR 2,000 per stay). Payouts from all channels are consolidated into a single monthly invoice, with an Advance Payout option and split-payout to third parties such as cleaners and owners.
Independent hosts with one to a few dozen properties and small property management companies in Europe and beyond seeking to cut channel admin and centralize payments, with primary markets including Spain, Italy, France, Germany, and the Nordics.
