AirHost is a cloud property management system (PMS) for vacation rentals and hotels, built for unmanned and contactless operations. It combines reservation management, channel distribution, guest messaging, online check-in, identity verification, smart-lock access and cleaning operations in one system.
A unified calendar manages the booking lifecycle with two-way ARI sync across OTAs including Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com and Google to prevent double bookings. Online check-in with pre-arrival forms collects guest details, and AI facial recognition against passport photos plus GPS/WiFi authentication adds fraud detection. Smart-lock integration issues time-bounded access codes, while cleaning management auto-generates tasks from reservations with cleaner notifications and a mobile field interface. A unified inbox automates booking confirmations and pre-arrival messaging, and reporting visualizes occupancy, channel and financial data with CSV export.
