Four capabilities are live today: nightly pricing for every property, competitor comp-set tracking per property, last-minute work on the final thirty days including opening up orphan nights by stay length rather than price, and answering questions about the portfolio on demand instead of building reports. Limits are hard rather than advisory, so price floors, caps, protected dates and paused properties are never crossed, and every action is logged with its reasoning and can be reversed. Autonomy is set per task, from propose-and-approve through to act-and-tell. Where a PMS has an API, setup takes about a day; where it does not, Revzy operates a user account in the PMS the way a new team member would.
Property managers running roughly 25 to 400 or more units who want the nightly revenue work handled rather than tooled, and who are prepared to hand over execution inside agreed limits. Access currently runs through a founding-partner programme that takes one operator per city, so availability depends on whether a given market is still open.
