Richer Logic is a revenue management and commercial strategy consulting firm focused exclusively on the short-term and vacation rental segment, providing fractional commercial leadership as an outsourced function, acting as revenue management head or CMO depending on the engagement.
Engagements begin with a four-step diagnostic to identify gaps and define the right commercial model for the operator's stage and scale. Services span revenue management system selection and implementation, pricing model development, distribution strategy and channel optimization, analytics frameworks, budget alignment, and team training. The firm also works with operators going through M&A, system migrations, or rapid portfolio growth, and with lodging technology companies that need commercial leadership. Marketing strategy and owner acquisition programs are additional service areas. All engagements are structured as project-based or ongoing retainer arrangements.
