Local property managers and hospitality entrepreneurs want national brand recognition, proven technology, and shared operational systems, but assembling all of that independently is capital-intensive and slow.
Casago is a vacation rental management company built on a franchise model, letting locally owned management businesses run under a shared brand with a technology package, an operations playbook, and multi-channel distribution.
Franchisees receive a technology package covering reservations, channel distribution, an owner portal, and guest services, plus recruitment support and distribution across Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, and more than 25 additional listing sites. Each location is locally owned: the franchisee handles property onboarding, guest services, and owner relationships in-market while drawing on shared infrastructure. Casago acquired Vacasa in 2025, and has since transitioned the former Vacasa markets into local franchise ownership under the same structure.
Experienced local property managers and hospitality entrepreneurs across North America, Belize, Costa Rica, and the Caribbean who want a franchise structure with an established brand, technology, and operational support rather than building those systems alone.
Evolve acquired roughly 1,000 homeowner contracts from Casago, moving those properties onto Evolve's management model. The transfer follows Casago's absorption of the Vacasa portfolio earlier in the year.
