str market mapFrench vacation rental owners with multi-property or geographically distributed assets want a single national brand handling distribution, pricing, and guest experience, while entrepreneurs want to enter STR management without building everything from scratch.
Cocoonr is a French short-term rental management company and franchise network headquartered in Rennes, operating across France through local agencies. Its portfolio of apartments, houses, villas, and chalets is offered across French destinations under the Cocoonr Collection label.
Two main service lines are offered to property owners: Cocoonr Gestion, a full-service delegated management product covering multi-platform OTA distribution, dynamic pricing, payment processing, guest communication, and on-the-ground reception, cleaning, and linen management; and Cocoonr Distribution, a lighter-touch product providing OTA listing management and revenue optimisation without full property management. Rates are synchronised automatically across Airbnb, Booking.com, and the Cocoonr.fr direct booking portal, with revenue strategies adjusted for seasonality, market history, and event demand. Franchise partners gain access to the Cocoonr brand, booking infrastructure, training, and operational playbooks to run their own local STR agency.
Vacation rental property owners across France wanting professional management of their STR assets, and entrepreneurs seeking to join the network as franchisees.
