Jana Concierge is a French SaaS platform purpose-built for vacation rental concierge companies, property management agencies, and independent property managers who need to coordinate guest communications, field teams, and owner billing from a single tool. The platform has been adopted by 450+ concierge operators managing over 5,000 properties primarily in France.
Core capabilities include a unified multi-channel reservation calendar, automated task scheduling that triggers cleaning and maintenance assignments from reservation events, digital pre-check-in and guest registration workflows, and a personalised digital welcome guidebook accessible by guests before and during their stay. Booking confirmations, arrival reminders, and departure reminders are sent automatically. Provider checklists and mission reports allow field teams to document completed work. Owner invoicing is generated from reservation and expense data, and a consent and policy acceptance module handles rental agreement compliance. The platform integrates with leading channel managers for OTA connectivity, with the interface and support team in French.
