How does ProhostAI work?

Connect a property management system such as Hostaway, Guesty, Hospitable or OwnerRez, or Airbnb directly, and listings, reservations and message history sync in. The AI learns each property from listings, past conversations and saved notes. Message rules apply per listing or across the whole portfolio, and workflows are described in plain language instead of built by hand. A REST API, MCP server and webhooks are available, plus iOS and Android apps.
