How does Replai work?

Hosts connect their channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, email, SMS and more), and Replai learns the listing information, house rules and past answers to generate replies. Each listing runs in auto mode where the AI sends immediately, or approval mode where the AI suggests and the host confirms, and guest data sits in a dedicated per-host database hosted in the EU.
