Most guest questions arrive when nobody is at a desk, and many of them are really a purchase waiting to happen: a transfer, a late checkout, a table, an upgrade. Answering them late loses the sale, and answering them by hand at eleven at night does not scale.
StayKeasy puts two named AI agents on a business's website and WhatsApp. Pebble works the front: it answers questions, recommends from the operator's own product list and takes payment in the same conversation. Moss works behind it, reading the conversations and proposing changes for the operator to approve.
The agents are trained on the operator's own website, documents, products and policies, and reply in the guest's language around the clock. When a guest wants something, Pebble confirms it is available, contacting the supplier where that is needed, then sends a Stripe payment link in the chat so the money settles into the operator's own account. Anything needing a person is handed over with the context already collected, and the operator decides in advance what the agents may do alone. Moss can be asked a question directly or set to run recurring checks, such as reviewing requests still waiting for a reply.
Hospitality businesses that answer guests directly and sell extras alongside the stay. The product is horizontal rather than rental-specific: the same agents are offered to hotels, restaurants, transfer companies, spas, tour operators and villas.
